You will be able to find the “BOOK NOW” button on the top right corner of our homepage. After clicking, you will be redirected to another page where you will be able to see a list of room types and rates and you will need to enter your check-in/out dates, special requests, and personal information. Your reservation can then be completed in a few quick steps.
This is to ensure that your booking doesn’t get mixed up with other bookings with the same name.
Absolutely. We value your privacy by maintaining your confidential information on a secured server that no one else, except you, is authorized to use.
By providing your credit card details as a form of payment at the time you make your reservation, your room reservation will be considered guaranteed. This means that we will hold your room until check-out time the day following your scheduled arrival. In the event you do not check-in, the hotel will charge your credit card per the rules of the rate you reserved.

As soon as you press “BOOK NOW”, you will get redirected to the booking page where you will be able to input the PROMO CODE you would like to use for your booking.
By making a confirmed reservation, you will be ensured of having a room once you get to the hotel. This means that we will hold your room until check-out time the day following your scheduled arrival. In the event you do not check-in, the hotel will charge your credit card per the rules of the rate you reserved.
The confirmation email should be automatically sent after you book your reservation, however, should there be a delay, it should appear in your inbox within 24 hours after booking your reservation. You could also check your “JUNK/SPAM” mail in case of previously made settings to your email account.

Check In/Out
Absolutely! Just simply head over to our receptionist for assistance.
Yes, for late check-outs you could inform any of our front office agents upon check-in or you could also indicate it on your online reservation form’s comment section (subject to availability)
Early Check-in or Late Check-out charge is half of the room rate per room per night.
Check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out time are at 12:00 PM. Special requests regarding this matter can be made during or after booking.
Room Reservation Policy
Guests who do not arrive within twenty- four (24) hours of the expected check-in date and time will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellation made two (2) days prior to the expected arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the total amount of the reservation.
Amendments on Check-In and Check-Out dates may be made without penalty up to three (3) days before the expected arrival date and are subject to availability. Exceptions may apply.
  • The hotel has the right to remove guest belongings from the room after check out time if the room is already reserved.
  • Bringing of pets is strictly not allowed.
  • The hotel reserves the right to charge a fee should there be stained linens, odor, losses or breakages in the room for the duration of the stay.
  • The hotel reserves the right to institute necessary actions under any of the following cases:
    • Failure to pay upon demand of an outstanding amount.
    • Self-check-out: The hotel is authorized to charge the credit card indicated herein.
    • Guest refuses to conform to the hotel’s rules and policies
Two (2) days prior to your arrival your Credit Card/Debit Card will be preauthorized the full amount of your reservation.
Incidentals deposit of Php 1,000 will be collected upon check-in.
  • Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso per room per night on double occupancy.
  • Add Php350 net per person to avail of Buffet Breakfast.
  • All guests are required to register and present a valid ID upon Check-In.
